TNV Auction

Terms of use

Last updated 25 September 2026

These terms cover your use of TNV Auction: the website, the auction console, the public live view, the stream overlays and the mobile app. By creating an account or running an auction you agree to them.

1. What TNV Auction does

TNV Auction is software for running cricket player auctions. Organisers set up an auction, add teams and players, and conduct the bidding. Team owners bid, and anyone with the auction's link or code can watch. We provide the software; the auction, its rules and its outcome belong to the organiser.

2. Accounts

3. Organisers' responsibilities

4. Pricing and payment

Each auction is charged once, by the number of teams in it, at the price shown on our pricing when you create it. An auction with up to 3 teams is free. Payment rules are in our payment and refund policy.

5. Acceptable use

6. Availability

We work to keep the service running, but a live event depends on your internet connection, devices and venue as well as ours. The service is provided as it is, and we cannot guarantee it will be uninterrupted or free of errors.

7. Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim about an auction is limited to the amount you paid for that auction.

8. Ending your use

You can stop using the service at any time. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms.

9. Changes and law

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
