How paying for an auction works, and why payments are not refunded.
Prices
You pay once per auction, based on how many teams it has.

How to pay
- Payment is made online by UPI or card, before the auction goes live.
- The price you pay is the one shown when you create the auction. A later price change does not affect an auction you have already paid for.
- An auction with up to 3 teams is free and needs no payment.
No refunds
Payments are non-refundable once made, including if an auction is cancelled, postponed or not used, or has fewer teams than you paid for. Before you pay, you can try everything with a free auction of up to 3 teams.
Failed or duplicate payments
If money leaves your account but the payment fails, or you are charged twice for the same auction, the extra amount is not a purchase and will be returned to the account it came from. Contact us with the payment reference.
